ABSTRACT
Physiological alterations play an important role in the apheresis during the donation in healthy subjects and in therapeutic apheresis. The use of anticoagulant produces physiological variables, both the physiological impact of the procedure itself as the donor, causing adverse reactions in the donor. It is of almost importance the nursing activities within the U. Apheresis, in relation to this effect, which require careful management in primary care giver and/or patient, and correct application of a protocol to prevent or detect in a timely manner complications that may occur during the donation or cytoreduction.
