Intraoperative allergic reaction. Case report

ABSTRACT
In the perioperatory is been high incidence to allergic reactions is about 1 in 20,000 patients already, this result by the simultaneous administration of the different medication in this period, some of this result highly allergiants. In this case presents a female patient 29 age, ASA I, pregnant 32 weeks, for non obstetric surgery, from the Emergency Unit, under general anesthesia, and present an allergic reaction, and was handle immediately with the steroids, epinephrine, and antihistaminic medications, obtain the quickly remission and there’s no complication for the mother and the child in the future. Several allergic reaction in the perioperatory period are potentially the cause of many cardiovascular and pulmonary complications, including mortal and many of them occur unpredictability principal when the simultaneous administration of different medication occur as in a general anesthesia.
