Trigeminal trophic syndrome (TTS) is a rare cause of facial ulceration. It is characterized by the following triad: paresthesia and anesthesia in the territory of injured sensitive trigeminal branches and nose ulceration. Dressings, measures to improve cicatrization and reparatory surgery are all therapeutic options. We describe a case of TTS, after cranio-encephalic trauma, in a teenager, compromising two branches of trigeminal nerve and a good response to carbamazepine.
