ABSTRACT

The Meckel’s diverticulum is a pathology that is little diagnosed initially, and in most cases represents a surgical, especially if it’s adult patients finding. This article shows a clinical case and emphasizes the type of clinical presentation and the option of surgical treatment currently offered, in particular, for the advent of surgery laparoscopy surgeon is the deciding if resection of pouch must be, and if this should be carried out by endoscopy nail, if anything it’s best to do a resection of the ileum where this congenital abnormality with primary anastomosis sits segment or there is the surgical convert laparoscopic surgery to a minilaparotomy indication.
