ABSTRACT
Central giant cells granuloma, is a benign osteolytic lesion, its etiology is not well defined at the moment, however it could be considered as a true neoplasm or a reactive lesion. It appears in the first decade of the human life, and it is more frequent in women than in men. The most common place of incidence is in the anterior region of the mandible and it presents high possibilities of recurrence. In this article a clinical case of a pediatric patient is presented, as well as the treatment and the radiographic monitoring.
