Pentalogía de Cantrell: presentación de dos casos

ABSTRACT
It is a rare syndrome characterized by a disruption in the lower sternum, ectopia cordis, defect above the diaphragm, abdominal wall defects before supraumbilical, defects in the diaphragmatic pericardium and cardiac abnormalities. We report two patients, primigravid, with echosonography which reported a defect in the abdominal chest wall with protrusion of bowel loops (omphalocele), ectopia cordis, so pentalogy of Cantrell diagnosed.
