ABSTRACT
Darier disease is a hereditary autosomal-dominant genodermatosis that rarely may present with localized lesions as segmental Darier disease. We present a 24-year-old woman with unilateral segmental lesions of Darier disease associated with other less intense generalized manifestations of the disease. The clinical picture allows us to classify this patient as segmental type 2 Darier disease.
