ABSTRACT
A literature review and a case of a twenty year-old patient with diagnosis of gigantiform cementoma (GC) of the jaws are presented. The gigantiform cementoma is classified by the World Health Organization (WHO) within the osseous dysplasias and its prevalence is very low. The GC is a painless, well circumscribed tumor with limited growth, which generally requires surgical treatment. We discuss differential diagnosis and the treatment course of the patient.
