ABSTRACT
The retinal macroaneurysm are saccular dilatations of retinal arteries. They occur most frequently in temporal arcades and are detected in older patients with hypertension or general vascular disease. It is more frequent in woman. We present three clinical cases with broken macroaneurysm, one of them successfully treated with 2.5 mg/0.1cc doses of intravitreal bevacizumab.
