ABSTRACT
Introduction: The Möbius-Poland syndrome is a rare entity which is characterized by congenital facial paralysis, paralysis of the sixth cranial nerve, agenesis or hypoplasia of the major pectoral muscle and nipple, besides simbraquidactilia, whose etiology has not been fully understood. Case presentation: 10 year old male patient with major pectoral hypoplasia, limited abduction, adduction and right simbraquidactilia. Conclusions: This case is one of the variants of Möbius-Poland syndrome with a peculiarity of having an exotropia instead of an esotropia. It is imperative that these patients are diagnosed early to reduce the effects through rehabilitation.
