ABSTRACT
The Ewing’s sarcoma is a rare bone cancer that occurs more frequently in the pelvis, leg and humerus. It is treated with radical resection and immediate reconstruction with flaps is considered, being the most commonly used flap pectoral and deltopectoral constrained by having shoulder distant pedicles. However, the vertical trapezius flap is a cover flap that allows covering as far as the upper third of the humerus with minimal morbidity in the donor region.
