ABSTRACT
Blue Rubber Bleb Nevus syndrome (Bean' s syndrome) is a rare pathology. This syndrome is characterized by multiple vascular soft tissue malformations in association with lesions in the gastrointestinal tract and sometimes affecting the central nervous system. A 59-year-old male with multiple nodular lesions on his neck, thorax, oral cavity and dorsal and abdominal wall case is reported, besides neurologic and general symptomatology. Multiple skin biopsies that confirmed the diagnosis of hemangiomatosis were carried out. Bean's syndrome is a potentially fatal disease which is easy to diagnose and its treatment is provided according to the location and severity. The presence of related tumors in central nervous system associated with soft tissue hemangiomas is especially important for physicians and plastic surgeons.
