ABSTRACT

This paper argues the necessity to recover the diagnostic vision of the emotional phenomenon which is product of an event, situation or physical illness. Of the present time the diagnostics categories do not seem to be completely useful in the understanding of the patient experiences, besides in occasions to become an important obstacle to indicate a specific therapy that relieve the manifestations and also allow to fulfill the patient’s objectives as much as the institution in order to solve the health condition for which they are being intervened.
For this reason the concept of psychological uneasiness is introduced and a methodological psychological intervention is made, revising its reaches and limitations in the field of the institutional work, focusing on the attention of the reproductive health.
