ABSTRACT
The vascular rings are anomaly structures that can compress the trachea and esophagus. These are true when in these formation the embryological components that form the fetal aortic concur. In this work we present 2
postmortem cases in that we found right aortic arch, arterial duct and left aberrant subclavian artery. In both cases other congenital malformations were identified. The right aortic arch is the most frequent variety of vascular rings according to the literature, also it is described that frequently it is accompanied by other congenital malformations like in the presented cases.
