Severe syphilis in patient infected with HIV

Syphilis is an infectious disease caused by
Treponema pallidum presenting high association with human virus immunodeficiency, because of the same sexually transmitted way of transmission. A 48 years old woman, with severe nodular lesions and medical background of immunodeficiency, is reported neurosyphilis, cutaneous syphilis and HIV-infection was presented. There was an excellent response to standart therapy with Penicillin.
