ABSTRACT
Bilateral Choanal atresia is a not very frequent congenital pathology and its surgical solution a challenge. We present the case of a child of 2 months of age that is resolved with endoscopic surgery attended with microdebridator, application of mitomycin in the opened area and silastic tutor’s use for 6 weeks. Concluding that the procedure represents a form of endoscopic minimal invasive approach for this type of nasal congenital pathology of low degree mobility of complications and excellent functional results.
