ABSTRACT
A female patient of 45 years old entered our hospital with the diagnoses of arteriovenous malformation and pregnancy of 16 weeks of gestation, for prenatal control; the patient was evaluated by the service of perinatology and neurology;. Stratifications of the degree of lesion showed Hunt-Hess 0, Spetzer-Martin 4 and pregnancy term was decided, The patient underwent caesarean section at 33 weeks of gestation receiving generalbalanced anesthesia with no complication.
