ABSTRACT
Lymphomas are malignant neoplasms dependant of proliferation of lymphatic system cells. 1-9% of all testicular neoplasms are lymphomas, and the most common neoplasms in men older than 60 years. They are also the most common bilateral neoplasms. We present a case of an 80 years old man with bilateral painless testicular enlargement, without concomitant sympthoms with laboratory and imaging studies suggestive of bilateral testicular neoplasm. Bilateral radical orchiectomy with histopathological diagnosis of B cell lymphoma CD20+ with complete substitution of testicular parenchima without cord invasion; adyuvant chemotherapy was given with a favorable evolution to update. We review literature for this case.REFERENCES
