ABSTRACT
Usual renal involvement is from secondary infiltration with a low incidence of primary lymphomas. Bilateral involvement is up to 43%. We present a case of a 67 years old man studied because of urinary incontinence and right lumbar pain with a renal ultrasound reporting a renal mass. ACT suggestive of a renal mass vs hemathoma, Right radical nephrectomy was done with histopathological diagnosis of renal infiltration by a no Hodgkin lymphoma T inmunophenotype; adyuvant chemotherapy was given with favorable evolution.
