Giant renal leiomyoma in an immunocompetent patient

ABSTRACT
Leiomyoma is a smooth muscle tumor with very few cases reported on the kidney. The present is a case of a giant renal leiomyoma in a 39-year-old female patient who came for evaluation of abdominal pain and who was managed by radical nephrectomy.
