ABSTRACT
A long term follow up was done in four pediatric patients with benign bone tumors of the ischium. Radiologic and anatomopathologic diagnosis was established and surgical treatment was done in all cases. At the moment there is no evidence of recurrente, all patients are asymptomatic and with normal lives. Because of the low frecuency and the results we concluded that benign tumors of the ischium can be treated without complications and excellent long term results.
