ABSTRACT
Kawasaki’s disease is a vasculitis from a possible infectious etiology which triggers a complete immunologic process. Their main complication is the harm that it provokes in coronary arteries. The early diagnosis of cardiac complications may give an opportunity to offer the patient a better life quality. The study of miocardic perfusion allows to evaluate perfusion and viability of the miocardiac muscle in order to establish the treatment measures which are indicated for each case. The infirmary professional working at the Nuclear Cardiology Center is responsible for giving a high-quality and warm attention to patients who need to be performed a diagnostic study. The professionals’ main working tool is the nurse’s method (nurses’ prescribing decisions) which, through its stages, allows to evaluate patients, to state infirmary diagnosis, to establish objectives and interventions that are assessed in order to know whether the attention given by the professional is the right one or not.
