The term angiokeratoma had been applied to several diseases with cutaneous vascular components. Five types of angiokeratomas have been described: corporis diffusum, Mibelli, Fordyce, solitary angiokeratoma and corporal circumscriptum. In this article we described the case of a 27-year-old male, who presented an angiokeratoma of Fordyce, clinically wasn´t the classical picture, however the histopathological study was determinant for his diagnosis. There are several differential diagnosis in our case like bowenoid papulosis, seborrheic queratoses, condiloma, etc. The objective of this paper is communicate the clinical and histopathological findings in Fordyce angiokeratoma.
