ABSTRACT
Congenital leukemia is are hematologic disease and represents about 2.38 cases in every 100,000 newborn infants. Down Syndrome have more risks to develop leukemia about 20 times than the healthy population. Leukemia and transitory myeloproliferative disorder syndrome, might be present on the newborn infants, both are unknown and the prognosis is poor.
We present two cases of leukemia of newborn infants that were diagnosed at the Hospital Infantil of the Estado of Sonora
