ABSTRACT
We present the first case with atresia of Tebesian valve and coronary sinus ostium that are anatomic structures of coronary myocardial circulation. This is a very rare abnormality and it has been few cases reported in association with persistent left superior vena cava. Its importance is because may be the cause for cardiac arrhythmia, myocardial infraction, due to thrombosis and during an operation it may result in congestion and myocardial dysfunction.
