ABSTRACT
Unilateral idiopathic hyperhidrosis is a rare disease of unknown origen. It often developes unilaterally in the face or upper extremities of young individuals.
There are no organic causes associated and skin biopsies show normal findings.
We report two cases diagnosed and treated in our Hospital and we include a revision on the subject.
