ABSTRACT

It has recently been suggested that there is an association between chronic diarrhea with normal colonoscopy and microscopic colitis (MC). As in developed countries MC is found in 12.6 to 15% of patients with chronic diarrhea and negative HIV. In this publication we obtained recently dates about clinic, diagnosis and treatment of microscopic colitis.
