ABSTRACT
We are reporting 20 patients with diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy Scoliosis, with pelvic oblicuity; there were surgically treated in the Orthopaedics Services at the University Hospital Monterrey, N.L., Mexico from January 1990 to July 1999.
The surgical Technique used was Luque-Galveston and postero lateral fusion, in all cases; but in 7 patients have a good balance.
Additional surgery was performed on four patients to provide bone graft.
The main complications were pseudoartrosis and loos of pelvic alignment.
