ABSTRACT
With this knew technique we propose a metod to obtain the fixation of the tibialis posterior tendon transfered to the center of the foot. Using the experience with interferential screws in knee surgery, we propose the use of those, implanted in the second or third wedge of the foot, as a fixation metod for the transfered tendon, which has a bone fragment with in. With this, we obtain a bone to bone interfase and we aboid the possible complications of a plantar fixation.
