ABSTRACT
Diarrhoea illness keep on being an important problem of public health, with a high load of morbidity and even mortality for his complications. The protozoar parasite Entamoeba hystolitica is the causal agent of the amibiasis. His coprologyc diagnosis performs big importance, just as his appropriate treatment, elements that constitute the intention of this updated review of the current state of the amibiasis, specially of his biological behavior, morbidity and mort
