ABSTRACT
The abnormal bleeding may be present in a high percent of female population, but the approach should be multidisciplinary because etiology can be multifactorial. We considered the patient age, parity, infertility problems or menopausal uterine bleeding. The therapeutically options are discussed in hormonal and surgery ways.
