Special case on computed tomography

ABSTRACT
Thirty-seven year old male, with no important heredofamilial records, starts with an onset of rhinopharyingits which was partially treated with ciprofloxacin nearly a month ago. During the last twenty days, the relatives refer behavioral changes, isolation, agitation, intense headache, uneasiness and fatigue, as well as nausea and vomiting four hours previous to the admission. As he is admitted to the emergency room he presents a Glasgow 3. On the physical examination he presents mydriatic pupils, rigidity, stare and polypnea. He undergoes a head computed tomography scan which reveals the following images: ¿What is your diagnosis?
