ABSTRACT
The Eustaquio’s tube disfunction. It is the most frequent cause of serous otitis, clinical picture characterized in the pediatric population consisting in obstruction of the middle ear causing, auditory fluctuations, otalgia, and to giving complications like acute or chronic otitis media. In the patients with some craniofacial malformation or alteration in the dynamics of swallowing, this pathology can be increased.In the National Institute of Pediatrics, we made a study in 50 patients between 3 and 6 years of age, with the diagnose of serous otitis media and we administer them bacterial lysates, and under monitoring evolution by impedanciometric, finding in a 90% of the patient good changes in the dynamics of operation of the tube of Eustaquio.
