Postcesarean Ogilvie’s syndrome that condictioned medical conflict

ABSTRACT
Case report: We report a case of a patient with peritoneal sepsis, submitted to many surgical procedures before identify a colonic perforation in relation to a Ogilvie’s syndrome that conditioned that patient die. And originated a conflict between medical group and relatives.
Discussion: An analysis about its pathology and treatment is presented and the situations that conditioned bad medical practices that originated conflict between medical group and relatives.
Conclusions: The fact of not becoming attached itself to the principles of the medical practice, is one of the causes of bad medical practice and originates conflict between lenders of health services and users.
