Treatment of multiple filiform facial wart with 5-fluorouracil & topical retinoids. Report case

ABSTRACT
The warts are very common in the medical practice, specially filiform warts which are located more frequently in the face. A 51 years old man with numerous filiform warts located in an area of the beard extended to the maxillar region and the neck, of two years of evolution is presented. Previously he had aplied topical steroids. A combined topical treatment with: 5-fluorouracilo 5% + retinoic acid 0.05% rwice a day resolves with the complete disappearance of the lessons in 30 days.
