ABSTRACT
The object of this study was identify the HLA-B27 subtypes were expressed in the patients of families with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS). The study concluded, that the mexican mestizos patients with AS, frequently have subtype HLA-B*270502 that heredity by the fathers line to the male sons.
