ABSTRACT
A 25 year old female patient is presented who attended our service referring 9 months of photophobia, erythema and vision impairment. One year after she had LASIK surgery in both eyes, she was diagnosed with ocular rosacea. At the first visit she had low vision, corneal microabscess and corneal neovascularization in both eyes which improved with treatment.Discussion: Both ocular rosacea and LASIK surgery induce inflammatory states which may increase the rate of complications. LASIK may be contraindicated in ocular rosacea.
