ABSTRACT
Male patient of 29 years of age who attends ophthalmologic consultation because of visual acuity loss in both eyes of 24 hours of evolution. He refers inhalation and ingestion of thick liquid (probably methanol) associated with nausea and vomiting 24 hours before decreased visual acuity.
