ABSTRACT

The fat embolism syndrome is a number of respiratory, hematologic, neurologic and cutaneous disorders due to fat blockage of multiple blood vessels. Is associated with trauma and other surgical and medical conditions. A number of different conditions are responsible for the target damage. The actual approach is based upon sustaining adequately tissues affected by this syndrome. The objective this article is presents the images of the patient with trauma antecedent, that presented alterations of the behavior, dyspnea and deterioration of the state of conscience for fat embolism.
