Among the rare tumors of the thorax, a heterogeneous group of this tumor are sarcomas, of whom only 3% are liposarcomas. In fact, the medical literature reported 11 cases; it is essential to describe their clinical characteristics and behavior. This work also is a brief review of the literature.
