ABSTRACT

Identification of antibodies against Haemophilus somnus in cattle from Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, Mexico, was searched. Three hundred samples at random of healthy bovine serum were collected from January to June 1989. These samples were processed by the immunodifusion gel test, which has a high specificity towards the microorganism. Results showed a 2% seropositivity.
