ABSTRACT
Jugular vein phlebectasia is a rare entity with a few cases reported in world literature; it’s more common in pediatric patients and predominant in the right internal jugular. We present two cases in adults with phlebectasia in the left external jugular vein treated with surgery and adequate evolution.
