ABSTRACT
The most common testicular tumours in men older than 60years are lymphomas. Most of them are aggressive, diffuse large B cell lymphomas withearly metastasis. This paper describes a case of a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma located at the leg appearing 10 years after a primary testicular diffuselarge B-cell lymphoma.
