Porokeratotic eccrine ostial and dermal duct nevus

ABSTRACT

Hamartomas that have an eccrine differentiation are rare, and include eccrine nevus, eccrine-centered nevus, eccrine angiomatous hamartoma, eccri-ne syringofibroadenoma and porokeratotic eccrine ostial and dermal duct nevus.A woman who presented from birth an eruption following Blaschko´s line on the right limbs, with clear palmoplantar involvement is reported. Thebiopsy of one of the lesions showed findings typical of porokeratotic eccrine ostial and dermal duct nevus
