ABSTRACT
Nodular hidradenoma is a benign adnexal tumor with eccrine differentiation, occurring mainly in adults (average age of 37.2 years). Clinically it can be confuse with another entities, principally: eccrine poroma, basal and squamous cell carcinoma. We report a case of 46 years old woman, with diagnosis of nodular hidradenoma, treated with surgery and made a brief review of the literature.
