ABSTRACT
Basal cell carcinoma arise from the basal pluripotential cells of the epidermis. It occurs in lower extremities in 0.2 to 7.9%; lesions appeared on the thighs, lower legs and feet. We communicate the case of a 79 years old male with infiltrative basal cell carcinoma in the left inguinal groove.
