ABSTRACT
The SAHA syndrome its a poorly known entity which consist of signs that reveal hyperandrogenism in woman: acne, alopecia, seborrea and hirsutism. The laboratory findings are characteristically normal. We present a case of SAHA in a 26 year-old-female and a brief review of the literature.
