ABSTRACT
This is the case of a 29 year-old woman who sustained a choracoid process fracture with 4 mm separation and achromio-clavicular dislocation in the right shoulder while falling downstairs. All treatment was a hanging and support as well as analgesics and cryotherapy. Primary bony unions was observed after six weeks and she recorded a progressive improvement in range of motion.
