ABSTRACT
We report a case of 35 year old woman with two small saccular in tandem aneurysms in left internal carotid artery to the level of superior hipophyseal and posterior communicating segments treated only with neuroform. The follow-up a year, we demostrated angiographic absence of aneurysms without carotid stenosis.
