ABSTRACT
The multiple glioma are uncommon and relatively rare tumor. In previous reports has been an incidence from 0.15 to 8% of all gliomas, more frequent are located unilateral and hemispheric supratentorial and appearing of cerebral and cerebellum the unusual way with a unknown frequency. These are also classified in agreement in their synchronous or metachronus and multifocal or multicentrics image and histopathologics characteristics. These tumors happen importantly in combination with other injuries, among them the meningiomas, besides to almost never appear in the same stage and histological equal tumors. The diagnoses differentials of the multiple gliomas SNC) include a diversity of injuries inflammatory, infectious, metastases and even the gliales tumors. With the use of new techniques of image these even continue being un satisfactory reason why the taking of biopsy of these tumors will have to be consider. We presented the cases of two patients with multiplegliomas, in a case located in left lobes frontal and temporal and another case located a frontal lobe, occipital lobe and cerebellum, diagnosed histologically as gliales tumors multifocal and multicentric respectively.
